The private apartment is in Riva del Garda located, just about 1 km from Riva del Garda town centre and only 400m from the lake/beach. The apartment is part of a Villa, very quiet away from any traffic noise but still nearby (500 m) a supermarket, bank, Ideal for families and sports people.
The apartment (about 80 sqm) is modernly furnished with two seperate bed rooms. (one with double bed, the other with 2 seperate beds) , the bigger bed room has his own bathroom with bathtub, then there’s a second bathroom with shower, large living room with sofa (or couch bed) and fireplace, kitchen corner (including fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave), Sat-TV, heating/air-conditioning, large garden with outside table, 2 sun beds and parasol. For the guests there will be parking area at disposal and a covered deposit for bikes or on request a closed deposit room for bikes.
Furthermore our guests can use the inside/outside swimming pool of the Hotel Savoy (about 400m direction lake/beach) and on request rent some bikes (first 3 hrs free of costs).
